Place an online order for your duty free purchase from 30 days prior up to 24 hours before your flight. Then simply pick up your order at one of our collection points in store. Please have your order confirmation, credit card used to transact, passport and boarding pass ready to collect your online order.

Shop & Collect

Shop in our Heinemann Departures store and our friendly staff will hold your purchase, ready for you to collect upon your Arrival. Shop & Collect delivers the convenience of tax &duty free shopping without the extra baggage. Ask our friendly staff in store about arranging your next 'Shop & Collect'.

Duty-Free Allowances

• For travellers over 18: 2.25 litres of alcohol and 25 cigarettes, or 25 grams of cigars or tobacco products.
• If you are aged 18 years or over, you can bring up to AUD900 worth of general goods into Australia duty free.
• If you are under 18 years of age the limit is AUD450.‍
