Sensory Terminal Map

Airports can feel overwhelming, especially if you experience sensory sensitivities. To support you, we’ve created a Terminal Sensory Map that highlights low, medium and high sensory zones across the terminal. It can help you prepare for areas where noise, light, crowds or scents may increase, and guide you to quieter spaces where you can pause if needed.

At Gold Coast Airport, you’ll also find a Low Sensory Entry, Low Sensory Toilet Block and Quiet Rooms. You can spot these on the Terminal Sensory Map below or by looking out for the sunflower symbol throughout the terminal.
