Become an Airport Ambassador

Love meeting people and making a difference? Gold Coast Airport’s volunteer Ambassador Program is a great way to be part of the airport experience while helping passengers feel welcome, informed, and at ease.

As an ambassador, you will play a key role in ensuring every visitor has a smooth and enjoyable journey. No prior aviation experience is needed, just a friendly attitude and a passion for helping others. Full training will be provided.

What You Will Do:

• Greet passengers, visitors and community members with a warm welcome
• Assist travellers by answering questions and providing helpful information
• Help create a stress-free and enjoyable airport experience for everyone
