After a 30 year absence, the Japanese Grand Prix returns to the spectacular and historic Fuji Speedway Formula One circuit. The Fuji Speedway circuit was completely redesigned and revamped with the help of Hermann Tilke. The main straight length 1,475m, makes it the longest straight of all the current F1 Grand Prix circuits.

The Shanghai International Circuit was designed as the race circuit for the new millennium.
