A fully international customs port, freight can be exported and imported directly to the Gold Coast via Gold Coast International Airport. Perishable and non-perishable goods can be transshipped through the airport domestically or internationally via air, sea or road transport.
For freight information, contact independent cargo operator, Gold Coast Air Terminal Services (trading as GCATS Cargo & Logistics), who offers full import/export freight facilities and services, and Australian Air Express who provides domestic freight services. GCATS Cargo & Logistics commenced operation at the Gold Coast Airport as an International Cargo Terminal Operator in October 2002. Direct daily services to Tokyo and Osaka in Japan, plus 4 x weekly flights direct to Kuala Lumpur with Air Asia X provide access to well established international markets from Gold Coast Airport.
